Minnesota forbidden flame retardant in children products

       Minnesota formally had passed SF1215, which required all children products except household textiles and mattress and upholstered furniture  (diaper pad, pajamas, the nap mat, nursing pillows, etc.) are not contain more than 1000 PPM flame retardants (all flame retardants in the table below).And if the relevant government administrative commissioner ask manufacturer product flame retardants content information, manufacturer should provide the relevant information.The bill will be on July 1, 2018 to manufacturers and wholesalers, for retailers to take effect on July 1, 2019.
